Redstone Security LTD ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Redstone Admin mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

Account Information

When you log in to the App, we collect:

• Email address
• Password (transmitted securely, never stored in plain text on our servers)

User Profile Information

The App receives the following information from our servers after authentication:

• First and last name
• Phone number
• Email address

Facility Information

The App retrieves information about facilities associated with your account, including facility names, contact details, and configuration data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Authenticate your identity and provide access to the App
• Display facility management data relevant to your account
• Maintain your login session so you don't need to sign in repeatedly

3. Data Storage and Security

• Authentication credentials and tokens are stored on your device using encrypted secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).
• All communication between the App and our servers is transmitted over HTTPS.
• Access tokens are short-lived and automatically refreshed to limit exposure.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

Your data is stored on your device only while you are logged in. When you log out, all locally stored credentials, tokens, and user data are permanently deleted from the device.

Server-side data retention is governed by your organization's agreement with Redstone Security LTD.

6. Your Rights

You may:

• Log out at any time to delete all locally stored data from your device
• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and associated data

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
